Armenian Army: What Has Changed After the Velvet Revolution

Edgar Khachatryan is the head of the Vanadzor based NGO Peace Dialogue. Among the other topics, this organization is dealing with the human rights issues in the Armenian Army. In his interview with CivilNet’s Tatul Hakobyan, Khachatryan discusses the changes that have been conveyed in the Armenian Army since the Velvet Revolution in 2018. Khachatryan touched upon various topics such as: the quality of meal for the soldiers, human rights issues during the military conscription, as well as the problems of various minority groups in the Armenian Army.
